IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-125 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE A <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF <br />COMMERCE FOR 550,000 (ACCOUNT 010-14-010-8513) TO SUPPORT NEW AND ONGOING <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San I..,eandro Chamber of <br />Commerce, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof-, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by C'OLmcilmember Ballew and passed and adopted this I st day of October 2018, by <br />the following vote: <br />Members Of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmernbers Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Thomas; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-125 <br />(0) <br />
