CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN18-0059 <br />2960 Alvarado Street, #E <br />Bryne Schindler (Applicant) and <br />Prologis (Property Owner) <br />I. INTENT <br />The intent of this approval is to allow the subject premises to be used only for the <br />delivery of vehicles purchased at auction. The intent is to NOT allow the subject <br />premises to be used for "Vehicle/heavy equipment dealers, new or used", pursuant to <br />Article 7, Section 2-708 "IP District- Permitted Uses or Conditionally Permitted Uses". <br />II. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The applicant and property owner shall comply with attached Exhibit A -B, date <br />stamp received July 19, 2018, except as hereinafter modified. (Copy on file in the <br />Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California). <br />Exhibit A — Site Plan and Parking Spaces Location Map <br />Exhibit B — Parking Spaces Signage <br />B. The applicants and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed <br />of its terms and conditions. <br />III. PERMITTED USE <br />A. This administrative review permit is to allow an office for taking and receiving <br />delivery of vehicle retail sales of used trucks from auctions for Santa Clara <br />Logistics and two (2) off-street parking spaces. Any change or addition to the <br />operation of taking and transferring delivery of vehicle retail sales of used trucks, <br />including increase in office space shall be subject to the review of the Zoning <br />Enforcement Official who may approve or deny the request administratively. <br />B. The two off-street parking spaces must be kept free and clear except for the <br />required use as parking space for the delivery of vehicles related to this <br />Administrative Review approval. <br />C. No vehicles on site may be displayed "For Sale" at any time. <br />D. This permit is specific to Bryne Schindler, DBA Commuter Car Specialist, and is <br />not transferable to another DMV licensed Vehicle Retail Sales dealer or other <br />successor in interest. <br />Agreement to Conditions July 23, 2018 <br />PLN18-0059 Page 3 of 4 <br />
