IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2018-133 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO AMEND TITLE 21, CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 21.1.100 OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE WHEREAS, on June 4, 2018, the City Council directed staff to proceed with the merger of the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Planning Commission's meeting dates; and WHEREAS, a single appointee may be designated by the City Council to serve as both a Planning Commissioner and a Board Member; and WHEREAS, this amendment modifies the date of a regular meeting of the Planning Commission to coincide with the Board of Zoning Adjustments so that both bodies may hold a public hearing at the same date and time. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: I . That Title 21, Chapter 1, Article 1, Section 2 1. 1. 100 of the City of San Leandro Administrative Code is hereby amended to identify that regular meetings of the Planning Commission shall be held on the first Thursday of each month, convening at the hour of 7:00 p.m., as identified in "Exhibit A," attached to this Resolution. 2.
