Measure HH Tax revenues are available to available to support general municipal services of the City and infrastructure needs. <br /> Taxable Sales. Total taxable sales during the calendar year 2016 in the City were reported to be $2,540,135,916, a 4.16% increase over the total taxable sales of $2,438,670,897 <br />reported during the calendar year 2015.
