In that event, certificates representing the 2018 Bonds will be printed and delivered to DTC. <br />The information in this Appendix E concerning DTC and DTC’s book–entry system has been obtained from sources that the City and the Authority believe to be reliable, but neither the City, the Authority nor the Underwriter takes any responsibility for the accuracy thereof.
