<br />C. Morehouse by deed dated October 19, 1866 and recorded in Book W of Deeds at Page 188, Alameda County Records; thence at right angles North 19° 25’ West along the Eastern line of said 1 acre parcel of land 150 feet; thence at right angles North 70°
