<br />7 <br /> <br />(c) Selection of Bonds for Redemption; Notice of Redemption; Rescission; Partial <br />Redemption of Bonds; Effect of Redemption. The provisions of Sections 4.02 through 4.05 of <br />the Indenture shall apply to the 2018 Bonds as if repeated here. <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE XV <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Section 15.01. Terms of 2018 Bonds Subject to the Existing Indenture. Except as <br />expressly provided in this First Supplemental Indenture, every term and condition contained in <br />the Existing Indenture shall apply to this First Supplemental Indenture and to the 2018 Bonds <br />with the same force and effect as if the same were herein set forth at length, with such <br />omissions, variations and modifications thereof as may be appropriate to make the same <br />conform to this First Supplemental Indenture. <br /> <br />This First Supplemental Indenture and all the terms and provisions herein contained <br />shall form part of the Indenture as fully and with the same effect as if all such terms and <br />provisions had been set forth in the Existing Indenture. The Existing Indenture is hereby ratified <br />and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with the terms and <br />provisions thereof, as supplemented and amended hereby. <br /> <br />SECTION 15.02. Execution in Several Counterparts. This First Supplemental Indenture <br />may be executed in any number of counterparts and each of such counterparts shall for all <br />purposes be deemed to be an original; and all such counterparts, or as many of them as the <br />Authority and the Trustee shall preserve undestroyed, shall together constitute but one and the <br />same instrument. <br /> <br />SECTION 15.03. Governing Law. This First Supplemental Indenture shall be governed <br />by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
