Counterparts <br /> <br />This License may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and <br />all of which together shall constitute one agreement. <br /> <br />16. Governing Law; Venue <br /> <br />This License, and the rights and obligations of the Parties, shall be governed by and interpreted <br />in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to principles of conflicts <br />of law.
