Please note that this is an estimated amount. These fees are subject to change at the <br />start of each fiscal year and will not be vested until issuance of building permit. <br />VI. PUBLIC WORKS REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Trash, recycling, and organics bins may not be stored in view from the street and shall <br />be stored in the trash enclosure area (for Unit A) or garage (for Unit B). <br />B. Trash, recycling and organics bins shall be placed curbside no more than 24 hours prior <br />to scheduled service day(s). Bins shall be removed from the curb no more than 12 hours <br />after collection. <br />C. Solid Waste & recycling provider: Alameda County Industries (ACI). Applicant should <br />note the City of San Leandro holds an exclusive franchise agreement for solid waste <br />and recycling services with ACI. <br />D. Project must comply with all City and State construction and demolition debris <br />recycling requirements. Permit applicants must demonstrate compliance by completing <br />and submitting an online Waste Management Plan using Green Halo Systems <br />(www.GreenHaloSystems.com) prior to permit issuance. Applicants must submit <br />recycling and disposal receipts online and submit the waste management report before <br />scheduling the final inspection. Note: Project will not be finaled until all recycling and <br />disposal tags have been registered into Green Halo Systems. <br />E. Project is subject to Alameda County Mandatory Recycling Ordinance #2012-01. For <br />more information and compliance requirements, visit www.RecyclingRulesAC.org. <br />VII. ALAMEDA COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. A fire protection system meeting the requirements of NFPA 13D is required. <br />B. All rescue windows shall be accessible with a 65 degree angle ladder. <br />C. Carbon Monoxide detectors shall be provided per CFC 2016 edition. <br />D. Smoke Alarms shall be provided per the CBC 2016 edition. <br />E. An address sign shall be provided on the building indicating both addresses that is <br />visible from the street. <br />VIII. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. All fencing and walls on the project site shall be structurally sound, graffiti -free and <br />well maintained at all times. <br />B. Barbed or razor wire shall not be installed on any fence, wall or building on the project <br />site. <br />C.
