File Number: 18-582 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Annual Report is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby directed to <br />impose the BID Assessment with an increase to the BID per owner/employee assessment rate by <br />the CPI factor of 4.3 percent to $23.85 per owner/employee for businesses in the BID Area. <br />Businesses with three or fewer owner/employees, landlords, and non-profits will continue to be <br />exempt from the BID assessment. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 11/27/2018
