City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: December 3, 2018 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:18-605 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />City Manager <br />BY:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:David Baum <br />Finance Director <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve the Measures <br />HH, OO, PP, and NN Citizens’ Oversight Committee’s Annual Report on <br />Measures HH, OO, PP and NN for Fiscal Year 2017-18 <br />WHEREAS, on November 4, 2014, the Measure HH half-cent sales tax ordinance was <br />approved by 64% of the voters; and <br />WHEREAS, on November 1, 2016, Measures OO, PP, and NN passed by 66%, 68% and <br />74% of voters, respectively; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Measures HH, OO, PP and NN ordinances require that a Citizens’ <br />Oversight Committee be created; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Measures HH, OO, PP and NN ordinances require an annual report, <br />prepared by the Citizens’ Oversight Committee, be presented to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Measures HH, OO, PP, and NN Citizens’ Oversight Committee’s annual <br />report on Measures HH, OO, PP, and NN, a copy of which was presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said Annual Report on Measures HH, OO, PP, and NN for Fiscal Year 2017-18 is <br />hereby approved. <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 11/27/2018
