License Fee(§ 4.2.1):After the License Fee Commencement Date, <br />Licensee will be obligated to pay City an <br />annual Pole License Fee at the rate in effect <br />at the time of full execution of the Pole <br />License, as specified in the City’s Master Fee <br />Schedule adopted by the City Council, unless <br />Licensee is eligible to receive an Integrated <br />Pole Discount or the City Council has <br />approved in-lieu benefits. <br />Upon the effective date of an Associated <br />Facilities License, Licensee will be obligated <br />to pay City an annual Associated Facilities <br />License Fee at the rate in effect at the time of <br />full execution of the Pole License,as specified <br />in the City’s Master Fee Schedule adopted by <br />the City Council, unless Licensee is eligible to <br />receive an Integrated Pole Discount or the <br />City Council has approved in-lieu benefits. <br />City will provide the current License Fee <br />schedule, which is subject to amendment by <br />the City Council, for each Pole License (and <br />Associated Facilities License if Licensee <br />elects to apply for one) with the signed <br />Acknowledgment Letter, and the current <br />schedule will be attached to the Pole License <br />as Exhibit A-4. <br />Integrated Pole License Fee discount (§ <br />4.2.4): <br />20% discount to the Pole License Fee rate per <br />City Pole upgraded to an Integrated Pole over <br />the remaining term of each applicable Pole <br />License. <br />License Fee Adjustment (§ 4.3):License Fee rates are subject to increase <br />based on the City’s Master Fee Schedule <br />adopted by the City Council. <br />Master License Application Processing <br />Payments (§ 4.6): <br />$4,000, to be delivered with Licensee’s <br />partially executed counterpart of this Master <br />License. The payment, and any additional <br />amounts required, will be used for City’s <br />ordinary processing and administrative costs <br />related to the Master License application as <br />deposited in a Customer Number account <br />established by the City’s Finance Department.
