The City Attorney’s Office prepared the <br />Urgency Ordinance for staff review and City Council introduction and approval. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />·Processing charges, Pole License Fees, Associated Facilities License Fees, and <br />Administrative Fees will be assessed according to the City’s adopted Fee Schedule. <br />Schedule A-4 of the MLA prescribes a Default Fee Schedule for various violations of the <br />MLA.
