File Number: 18-673 <br />City’s standard plans and specifications, unless otherwise required by the Public Works Director. <br />All work or use pertaining to the deployment, installation or location of Small Cell Wireless <br />Facilities shall conform with applicable general guidelines and specific design criteria set forth in <br />this Code, and administrative guidelines established by the City and in effect, as may be <br />amended from time-to-time.If inadequate provision is made for the safety, protection and <br />convenience of the public by the permittee, the Public Works Director may take such action as he <br />or she deems necessary for the protection of the public and shall charge the permittee therefor. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any <br />person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, including the application of <br />such part or provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby and shall <br />continue in full force and effect. To this end, provisions of this ordinance are severable. The City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro hereby declares that it would have passed each section, <br />subsection, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase hereof irrespective of the fact <br />that any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, or <br />phrases be held unconstitutional, invalid, or unenforceable. <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date and Publication. Following adoption by at least a four-fifths vote <br />of the City Council, this Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption pursuant to San <br />Leandro Municipal Code Section 1-1-345.
