E A FD <br />Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 3093 of the California Civil Code: <br />ME= <br />That on or about the 29 day of NOVEMBER, 2017 the City of San Leandro, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract wit] WESTLAND CONTR- <br />ACTORS, INC., 433 AIRPORT BOULEVARD, SUITE 321, BURLINGAME, <br />CA 94010, PHONE NO.: (650) 373-2037, as a contractor, for a certain work of <br />improvement: to wit: SANITARY SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT /REPAIR 2017 <br />PROJECT NO.: 2015.0120. <br />2 That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of <br />improvement is as follows TRAVELERS CASUALTY AND SURETY COMPANY, <br />100 CALIFORNIA STREET, SUITE 300, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94111, PHONE <br />NO.: (925) 884-2286. <br />3 The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the <br />SANITARY SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT /REPAIR 201.7, PROJECT NO.: <br />2015.0120, is that of public improvements made to underground utilities along public right- <br />of-way designated as various city streets in San Leandro, CA, as well as ownership of <br />improvements thereon. <br />4 That said work of improvement was accepted as complete by the City Council of the <br />City of San Leandro on the 19th day of NOVEMBER, 2018 by RESOLUTION No. <br />2018-138. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
