The planning code error was to be fixed. <br /> <br />2. Development should comply with the corrected code. <br /> <br />The character and integrity of existing neighborhoods should be preserved with these <br />safeguards, so we move forward with what's best for the citizens. Denser projects have their <br />place, but it's not on top of a middle school and plopped into established single-family <br />neighborhoods. <br /> <br />Please be fair. This is permanent and far-reaching. <br /> <br />No developer should get special treatment. Thank you, Judy Verhoek
