The motion carried by the following <br />vote. <br />Aye: 6 - Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez <br />Enactment No: Reso 2019-006 <br />Staff Report for a City of San Leandro City Council Resolution to <br />Appropriate up to $542,000 for the Implementation of Phase III of the <br />Airport Noise Insulation Program for the Davis West Neighborhood and <br />to Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Related Consulting Services <br />Agreement with C. Kell-Smith & Associates in an Amount Not to Exceed <br />$246,504 <br />RESOLUTION of the San Leandro City Council to Appropriate Up to <br />$542,000 for the Implementation of Phase III of the Airport Noise <br />Insulation Program for the Davis West Neighborhood and to Authorize <br />the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute a Sole Source Consulting <br />Services Agreement with C. Kell-Smith & Associates or Related <br />Sub-Consultants in an Amount Not to Exceed $246,504 to Implement the <br />Program <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cox, seconded by Councilmember <br />Ballew, that this Resolution be Adopted.
