File Number: 19-028 <br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED THAT: <br />1.The License substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />2.The City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to the License, <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney. <br />3.The City Manager or his designees are authorized and directed to take all actions <br />necessary to implement this Resolution, including without limitation the execution of any <br />amendments or modifications to the License, the execution of any additional documents required <br />by the License, or the execution of any other necessary instruments as applicable. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 1/30/2019
