Provide <br />talking points for City staff to use in responding to questions and preforming outreach. City to make contact with property owners that don’t respond to mailing. <br /> <br />Task 8: INTENT MEETING <br />Support City staff at a presentation to City Council and the public regarding the CFD formation <br />process, the analysis that led to the setting of CFD special tax rates, and the methodology developed for the special tax. Deliverable: Power point presentation and any needed handouts <br /> Task 9: CFD REPORT Prepare a detailed written report including the Cost Estimate, the Rate and Method of Apportionment <br />and the Boundary Map and present to the City, legal counsel, the financial advisor and property <br />owners. File the Special Tax Report with the City Clerk. <br />Deliverable: Report Task 10: PUBLIC HEARING <br />Present all necessary testimony and respond to public comments regarding the district formation <br />proceedings. <br />Deliverable: Power point presentation and any needed handouts <br />Task 11: PROPERTY DATA <br />Provide certain disclosure data for the bond offering documents. Such data shall include parcel data, <br />assessed value data, land use, development status and special tax classification information. <br />Coordinate with the financing team to order overlapping debt data and sample tax bills, as requested by bond council or financial advisor. <br />Deliverable: Property Data <br /> <br />Task 12: REVIEW BOND DOCUMENTS <br />Review all bond documents prepared and provided by bond or other legal counsel and the financial advisor including the Official Statement, the Bond Indenture and the Continuing Disclosure <br />Agreement.
