Final Contract Document’s – five weeks after Task #3 review comments received <br />2. Permit document submittal – at 90% CD equivalent <br />3. LEED™ submission during Plan Check Review <br /> <br />Task 6 – Bidding Assistance <br />a. Attend Pre-Bid Conference <br />b. Provide written responses submitted questions <br />c. Prepare & provide Addenda documents as necessary <br />d. Assist City with Bid evaluations <br /> <br />Meetings: <br /> <br />Consultant shall administrate stakeholder and community meetings, including preparation of agendas and <br />meeting minutes. Meeting presentations shall describe the project, update progress and discuss design <br />issues. Graphics/renderings shall be provided to demonstrate the objectives of the meeting. The time for <br />a total of seven meetings has been included in the Basic Services. If additional meetings are needed, <br />Consultant shall request written authorization before attending the meetings. <br /> <br /> <br />Deliverables Format <br /> <br />Final design confirmation plans: PDF <br /> <br />Meeting notes: PDF <br /> <br />Sketches, narratives, calculations and Final Plans: PDF and AutoCAD format <br /> <br />Final Plans: Provide three wet-signed full-sized hardcopies in addition to the electronic files <br /> <br />Cost estimates: PDF <br /> <br />Technical specifications: PDF and Microsoft Word. <br /> <br />Excluded Services <br />The following items are excluded from the scope of work unless noted as included, but are available on the <br />basis of additional services should they become required and as approved by the City of San Leandro: <br /> <br /> Agency or utility permitting plan check or review fees (to be paid by City) <br /> Redesign due to Value Engineering <br /> Construction management services
