IN THE CITY COUNCII..., Ol"THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-041 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />AMEND TITLE 24, CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 24.1.100 OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN LEANDRO ADMINISTRATIVE CODE APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS <br />TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ARTS COMMISSION'S REGULAR <br />MEETING DATE AND TIME <br />WHEREAS, on January 10, 2018, staff support for the City of San Leandro Arts <br />Commission was transferred from the Recreation & Human Services Department to the City <br />Manager's Office; and <br />WHEREAS, due to pre-existing meeting commitments that conflicted with the standard <br />Arts Commission meeting schedule on the second Wednesday of the month, the Arts <br />Commission identified an alternative meeting date for future meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 28, 2018, the Commission met on its new meeting date; and <br />WHEREAS, on May 23, 2018, it was suggested by one of the Commissioners to move <br />the meeting time to 6:30 pm rather than 7:00 prn; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 27, 2018, the Arts Commission voted unanimously to change the <br />meeting time to 6:30 pm <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That Title 24, Chapter 1, Article 1, Section 24. 1. 100 of the City of San Leandro <br />Administrative Code is hereby amended to identify that regular meetings of the City <br />of San Leandro Arts Commission shall be held on the fourth Wednesday of each <br />month, convening at the hour of 6:30 pm, unless further amended by unanimous vote <br />of the City of San Leandro Arts Commission. <br />Introduced Counci I member Cox and passed and adopted this 4th day of" February 2019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: COLIFICilmernbers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, I..ee, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: None <br />ATTEST: <br />t�/Clcrk <br />Ce 6a I.
