CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />PLN18-0014 <br />2380 Williams Street <br />CEVA Freight LLC, (Applicant) <br />ColFin 2018-2 Industrial Owner, LLC (Property Owner) <br />I. INTENT <br />A. The intent of this approval is to allow the subject premises, 2380 Williams Street, <br />to be used only for the Parcel Processing and Shipping, such as the establishments <br />for the processing and/or re -distribution of parcels or products, including but not <br />limited to air and ground cargo receiving and distribution centers. Per Zoning <br />Code Section 5-2104 B., the intent of the following conditions of approval are to <br />impose reasonable conditions necessary for the following: <br />1. Achieve the general purposes of this Chapter and the specific purposes of <br />the zoning district in which the use will be located, or to be consistent with <br />the General Plan; <br />2. Protect the public health, safety, and general welfare; and <br />3. Ensure operation and maintenance of the use in a manner compatible with <br />existing uses on adjoining properties and in the surrounding area. <br />II. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />A. The applicant and property owner shall comply with attached Exhibit A, dated <br />May 11, 2018, except as hereinafter modified. (Copy on file in the Community <br />Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California). <br />Exhibit A — Site Plan/Floor Plan <br />B. The applicants and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that any <br />successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this zoning approval is informed <br />of its terms and conditions. <br />III. PERMITTED USE <br />A. This administrative review permit is to allow for Parcel Processing and Shipping <br />at 2380 Williams Street, Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-541-10. <br />B. This Administrative Review approval shall be used as specified above. It does not <br />include any other vehicle storage uses such as commercial parking lot such as <br />airport parking; personal or rental parking spaces for operable vehicles, <br />inoperable vehicles, trailers, boats, or recreational vehicles; automobile storage <br />for new car sales, used car sales, or car rental businesses; storage for vehicle <br />repair businesses; vehicle storage for a corporation yard; or vehicle impound yard <br />Agreement to Conditions May 11, 2018 <br />PLN 18-0014 Page 3 of 5 <br />
