West, Ms. Maureen Smart, Ms. Virginia <br />Madsen, Mr. Doug Jones, and Mr. Pedro Abelmares, Jr. <br />The City Council Meeting recessed at 9:24 p.m. and reconvenned at 9:38 p.m. <br />Public comment was received from Mr. Jerry Loftis. <br />Received and Filed. <br />19-106 ORDINANCE of the City of San Leandro City Council to Add <br />Mobilehome Space Rent Stabilization to the City of San Leandro <br />Municipal Code (An Ordinance that Regulates Space Rents in San <br />Leandro Mobilehome Parks) <br />A motion was made by Vice Mayor Lopez, seconded by Councilmember Cox, <br />that this Ordinance be Continued. The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye:Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Cutter7 - <br />10.B.19-105 Staff Report for (1) a City of San Leandro City Council Resolution of <br />Intention to Approve an Amendment to the Contract Between the Board <br />of Administration of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System <br />(CalPERS) and the City of San Leandro to Include Provisions Pursuant <br />to Government Code section 20516 “Cost Sharing” for the Executive <br />Management Group in Accordance with the Approved City Manager <br />Employment Agreement and the Local Police Members in Accordance <br />with the San Leandro Police Officers’ Association (SLPOA) <br />Memorandum of Understanding; (2) First Reading of an Ordinance <br />Authorizing an Amendment to the Contract Between the City of San <br />Leandro and the Board of Administration of the California Public <br />Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) to Provide Section 20516 <br />(1% Employee Cost Sharing) for Executive Management Group in <br />Page 6City of San Leandro Printed on 3/7/2019
