File Number: 19-192 <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of the attached Amendment No. 2 to <br />the CSA with TRB+Associates to increase the contract by $80,500 for an amount not to exceed <br />$268,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />·Approve Amendment No. 2 to increase the total contract amount by $80,500 for the <br />consulting services agreement with TRB+Associates in an amount not to exceed $268,000, and <br />authorize execution by the City Manager. <br />Page 2 City of San Leandro Printed on 4/9/2019
