The sampling results were <br />projected forward to the permitted capacity for use in the sidestream treatment evaluation. It was assumed that TKN = TN. <br />3.3 Flow and Loading for Facility Upgrades <br />The flow and loading for facility upgrades to meet Level 2 and Level 3 nutrient targets are based on <br />the plant permitted capacity as ADWF. The other averaging period values were determined by <br />applying the current flow and load peaking factors (PFs) to the plant permitted capacity. The flows <br />and loading for facility upgrades are given in Table 3–3. <br /> <br />
