These acres <br />are currently leased to concessionaires who maintain and operate them. <br />s <br />For the purpose of impact fee analysis, this report excludes from the inventory long-term lease land atMarinaParkandseveralprivateholdings. The Pacific Athletic Complex and the San Leandro Ball Park, two specialuseazeasownedandoperatedbytheCity, aze added to the Parks Needs Assessment inventory.
