IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN f,EANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-073 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TITLE 6, CHAPTER 4 OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RELATING TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES <br />PROVIDED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS (ADJUSTS USER FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES, <br />EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2019) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That following notice and hearing as may be required by law, 'Title 6, Chapter 4, Section <br />6.4.'100 of the San Leandro Administrative Code ("Fee Schedule") is hereby amended; and <br />0 That the adopted Fee Schedule shall be attached to and made a part of this resolution; and <br />That the provisions of the Fee Schedule shall take effect on July 1, 2019. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Hernandez and passed and adopted this 6th day of May 2019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (o) <br />EXCtJSED: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />(F -At 1.
