INTIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-078 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE A <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE SAN LEANDRO UNIFIED <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />THE FARRELLY POOL REPLACEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City and San Leandro Unified School District are in the process of finalizing <br />a master agreement for the use of certain District properties which will include Farrelly Pool ("Master <br />Agreement"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City is planning to renovate Farrelly Pool and perform various improvements <br />to the site which will take place in the 2019-2020 time frame ("Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Sail Leandro Unified School <br />District, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Lopez and passed and adopted this 6th day of May 2019, by the <br />following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilinernbers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Ilernandez, Lee, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: None (0) <br />Le ATTEST: <br />i�ci,t I.
