IN "THF, CITY COUNCIL OF TI CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-079 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MASTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAN <br />LEANDRO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR <br />WHEREAS, a Master Agreement between the City of San Leandro and San Leandro Unified <br />School District, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is farniliar with the contents thereof-, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Cowicilmernber Lopez and passed and adopted this 6th day of May 2019, by the <br />following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, 1-.,opez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />EXCUSED: None (0) <br />ATTEST: <br />Miguel, (iiy­� erk <br />
