<br />Capacity Charges
<br />Capacity charges are developed based on unit costs for flow, BOD and SS. The unit costs for each
<br />component are the value of the system allocated to each component divided by the capacity in the
<br />system for each component.
<br />The unit costs for each capacity charge component are the value of the system allocated to each
<br />component divided by the capacity in the system for each component. Allocation of wastewater system
<br />valuation to each component and determination of the wastewater capacity were described in Section 2.
<br />The development of unit costs for flow, BOD and SS based on those values are shown in the table below.
