File Number: 19-183 <br />Senior Engineer Austine Osakwe provided a staff update on Project Development Projects . <br /> <br />Committee Requests/Direction to Staff: <br />Mayor Cutter would like to see a list or graphic of projects completed within the last five years. <br /> <br />Mayor Cutter would like to have a kickoff ceremony or press release when Public Works begins <br />work with the new pavement grinder. <br /> <br />Council Member Cox commented that visible potholes are noticeable on Sybil Avenue. <br /> <br /> 1:04:25 <br />2.C.19-169 Staff update on Land Development Projects <br />Principal Engineer Michael Stella provided staff update on Land Development Projects. <br /> <br />Committee Requests/Direction to Staff: <br />Principal Engineer Michael Stella will provide the Committee timelines and construction work <br />planned by ACTC as requested. Public outreach will be completed by ACTC. <br />Mayor Cutter has an interest in seeing BRT bus only lanes and an evaluation of automatic <br />violation ticket issuance and reducing the speed limit to 25 MPH. <br /> <br />2.D.19-032 Discussion Regarding Future Agenda Items <br />a. Neptune Drive FEMA Flood Control Project <br />b. Eden Road <br />c. Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program <br />d. Crosswalk Request and Recommendations <br />e. Bicycle Network - West <br />f. Automatic Red-Light Enforcement <br />Committee Requests/Direction to Staff: <br />Mayor Cutter would like more information about Heron Bay/Long Beach restoration, Eden Road <br />and automatic red-light enforcement. <br />Vice Mayor Lopez would like the roundabout on MacArthur to be a priority and asked when the <br />project would start. <br />Mayor Cutter is concerned with the northbound San Leandro Blvd right-turn at Best Avenue and is <br />looking for solutions from the Committee. <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />None. <br />4.
