(Property Owner) <br />'IT11S AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN I-EANDR0, a municipal <br />corporation, hereinafter rel -erred to as "City- and f lanh Giang, Cozy Nest ADI IC, Ll -C. hereinafter referred to <br />as-Applicant"and Randy Jones, 2101 Williams Associates IA -C.. hereinafter referred to as "property Owner." <br />Applicant and Property Owner has received approval of an Administrative Review to operate an Adult <br />Day Care with ancillary Uses at 2125 Williams Street, Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 077A <br />0645 005 01. <br />NOW,Tl-1FRFJ`ORl-,1', pUrsuantto the applicable provisions of the Zoning Code, it is i-flUtLially agreed <br />as follows: <br />1. Applicant agrees to corriply with the Conditions of Approval adopted by the City of San Leandro <br />Zoning Enforcement Official, more specifically described in the list of Conditions ot'Approval. <br />attached hereto, and as described in the exhibits on file in the Community Development <br />Department, all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. <br />2. 'I'his agreement shall be binding Upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their <br />respective heirs, successors, and assigns. <br />City is authorized to record this agreement and any amendments thereto with the Alameda County <br />Recorder, California. All amendments hereto MUst be in writing and signed by the appropriate <br />authorities of the City and Applicant. The Applicant will be charged the costs of recordation and <br />agrees to pay same. Conditions run with the land and are binding, to filn.11-C owners ofthe property. <br />4.
