IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-094 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO ADOPT 'THE <br />BIENNIAL BUDGET OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR THE FISCAL YEARS JULY <br />1, 2019 TO JUNE 30, 2020 AND JULY 1, 2020 TO JUNE 30, 2021 <br />WHEREAS, the 2019-20 and 2020-21 Proposed Biennial Budget of the City of San Leandro <br />was prepared and Submitted to the City Council by the City Manager on May 14, 2019 which was at <br />least thirty-five (35) days prior to the beginning of the 2019-20 fiscal year as required by Section 505 <br />of the City's Charter; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the City Manager's Proposed Biennial Budget, and <br />thereafter caused a public hearing to be held concerning the Proposed Biennial Budget on June 3, <br />2019; and <br />WHEREAS, upon conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council further considered the <br />Proposed Biennial Budget as provided for in Section 515 of the Charter; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN LEANDRO: <br />That the 2019-20 and 2020-21 Proposed Biennial Budget referenced above is hereby <br />designated and approved as the City of San Leandro's 2019-20 and 2020-21 Adopted Biennial <br />Budget. <br />That the amounts stated herein are hereby appropriated to the purposes therein specified for <br />2019-20 and 2020-21 that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all <br />Service Agreements as provided for in said appropriation. <br />Introduced by CoLincilmember Hernandez and passed and adopted this 3rd clay of June 2019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: COUncilmember Lee <br />ATTEST: <br />,uelJ/',ity Clerk <br />
