IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-099 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />TO APPROVE THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING <br />RIGHTS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN CAL -COAST COMPANIES LLC AND THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT OF THE SAN LEANDRO <br />SHORELINE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to the Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement between the <br />City of San Leandro and Cal -Coast Companies LLC, a copy of which is attached hereto, is presented to <br />this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro RESOLVES as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Ballew and passed and adopted this 3rd day of June 2019, by <br />the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Lee (1) <br />ATTEST: •-� <br />Leti ' Miguel, Ci Clerk <br />
