(SOS/Meals On Wheels) for $29,000; Spectrum Community <br />Services (San Leandro Senior Nutrition Program) for $17,500; and Eden Council <br />for Hope and Opportunity (ECHO Housing) for $10,000 (Approves 5 Agreements <br />Totaling $121,441) <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve a resolution to enter into five (5) grant <br />agreements with the following service providers: <br />·Child Abuse Listening, Interviewing, and Coordination Center (CALICO) ($22,000); <br />·Davis Street Family Resource Center ($42,941); <br />·Service Opportunities for Seniors (SOS), Inc. /Meals on Wheels ($29,000); <br />·Spectrum Community Services (Senior Nutrition Program) ($17,500) <br />·Eden Council for Hope & Opportunity Housing for fair housing services (ECHO Housing) <br />($10,000); <br />These CDBG projects noted in the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development HUD <br />Annual Action Plan were authorized by the City Council on May 6, 2019 for the Fiscal Year <br />2019-2020. <br />BACKGROUND <br />For FY 2019-2020, the five agreements totaling $121,441 require City Council approval.
