ECHO Housing did not need to apply for the RFP because it serves as the <br />City’s contracted fair housing service provider - HUD requires all CDBG entitlement grantees to <br />affirmatively further fair housing. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The sum of these five grants totals $121,441.
