File Number: 19-366 <br />City of San Leandro departments shall comply with all the requirements of this Article. <br />Section 15. Effective Date <br />Following adoption by a four-fifths vote of the City Council, this Ordinance shall be effective <br />immediately upon adoption. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Urgency <br />Ordinance and shall cause it to be published within fifteen (15) days of the adoption and shall post <br />a certified copy of this Urgency Ordinance, including the vote for and against the same, in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, in accordance with California Government Section 36933. This Urgency <br />Ordinance expires when the ordinary Ordinance is effective, or on July 31, 2019, whichever is <br />later. <br />Section 16. Severability <br />If any section or provision of this Ordinance is to any extent invalid, illegal, or incapable of being <br />enforced, such section or provision shall be excluded to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, or <br />unenforceability; all other sections or provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Page 6 City of San Leandro Printed on 6/12/2019 <br />239
