IN TFIE CITY COUNCIL OF 'I"ITE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-103 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE A <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR S100,000 OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 FUNDS BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO AND REBUILDING TOGETHER OAKLAND EAST BAY FOR THE PROVISION <br />OF HOUSING REHABILITATION GRANTS <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and Rebuilding Together Oakland <br />East Bay, attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recornmends approval of said agreement <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement with Rebuilding Together Oakland East Bay is hereby approved and CD B G <br />funds are hereby authorized in the amount of $ 100,000 for the Housing Rehabilitation Program. <br />That said agreement shall include grants to approximately 15 homeowners for minor home repair, <br />mobile home repair, accessibility, exterior paint, exterior yard clean -Up, and seismic <br />strengthening and shall include $25,000 for Program Administration and $75,000 for grants. <br />0 That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute all agreements to effect this Resolution. <br />Introduced by Councilrnernber Cox and passed and adopted this l7th day of June 2019, by the <br />following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: COUncilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />� -. ler, <br />ATTEST: <br />)A <br />i/a 1.
