The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye:Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Cutter7 - <br />Enactment No: Reso 2019-111 <br />19-139 RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve a <br />License Agreement with Common Networks to Access City <br />Communications Infrastructure in Order to Build a Residential Broadband <br />Service in San Leandro <br />A motion was made by Vice Mayor Lopez, seconded by Mayor Cutter, that this <br />Resolution be Adopted. Pio Roda reported actions were taken relating to Item 3. <br />Closed Session. <br />The City Council, by unanimous vote, voted to approve the Mayor and City Attorney to <br />sign on the amicus briefs related to the three cases that were listed in the Closed <br />Session Agenda description. <br />No other reportable actions taken. <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS12. <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR AND ANNOUNCEMENTS13. <br />COUNCIL REQUESTS TO SCHEDULE AGENDA ITEMS14. <br />-A motion was made by Councilmember Lee to schedule a monthly status <br />report/project updates from the developer relating to the Development of the San <br />Leandro Marina-Shoreline Project.
