IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-118 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT THE <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 FOR THE HERON BAY <br />MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-3 (PROVIDES <br />FUNDING FOR THE ON-GOING MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN PUBLIC FACILITIES <br />CONSTRUCTED AS PART OF THE HERON BAY DEVELOPMENT) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro, pursuant to the provisions of the San <br />Leandro Municipal Code, §2-5-100 et seq. did order the Engineer, Willdan Financial Services, to prepare <br />and file a report in accordance with the Municipal Code in connection with the proposed levy and <br />collection of assessments for the district known and designated as the Heron Bay Maintenance <br />Assessment District (Assessment District No. 96-3) for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019 and <br />ending June 30, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer prepared and filed with the City Clerk of the City of San Leandro, and <br />the City Clerk presented to the City Council such report entitled "Engineer's Report, Heron Bay <br />Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, Fiscal Year 2019/2020" (hereafter <br />referred to as the "Report", attached hereto and made a part hereof); and <br />I <br />WHEREAS, the City Council carefully examined and reviewed the Report as presented, and is <br />satisfied with all of the items and documents set forth therein and finds that the levy is assessed in <br />accordance with the special benefits received from the improvements, operation, maintenance, and <br />services to be performed, as set forth in said Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Council hereby approves the Engineer's Report for Fiscal Year 2019-20 for the Heron Bay <br />Maintenance Assessment District, Assessment District No. 96-3, as filed. <br />Introduced by COUnCifineiriber Lee and passed and adopted this I st day of'July 2019, by the following <br />vote: <br />Mernbers of the Council: <br />I <br />AYES: COLincilmernbers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez., Lee, Lopez (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Mayor CL11.tCr (1) <br />ATTEST: <br />J ml&ytl-e']- City C1 -k. <br />/ <br />
