Oakland, CA 04021 ph 510) 632 3173 <br />Fax 510) 032 0781 August 13, 2018 <br />Del Marie Snodgrass <br />City of San Leandro <br />San Leandro Ca. 94577 <br />Subject: Gate Repairs for Gate #. s 7, 10,12,14,15,16, and 17: <br />In compliance with your request, we are herewith submitting our quotation for your require- <br />ments as follows: <br />Scope of Work: <br />This will include the Labor and all of the Materials that will be needed in order to <br />bring the specific Gates, and Bar Screens back to their proper working Operation. <br />Quotes are listed below. <br />Gate ft's 16rand 17 <br />This will cover all of the work to remove all of the necessary debris that is hindering the <br />gates. All Hardware will be addressed that is not welded for theft purposes. <br />Gate # 7 <br />Replacement of the damaged section of the 24" pipe that has been rotted out. We will <br />have to dig around the existing pipe, out back the pipe approximately 12 inches and <br />then reattach the existing flap gate. <br />Gate 9 10,12,14, and 15 <br />These gates are Stuck and need to be exercised accordingly. We will supply the Crane <br />needed to hook up a picking point to get these gates functional. <br />Lump Sum Price for the Above Items S 47,145.00 <br />All work to be done on Straight Time Hours. <br />Clarifications: <br />All work is quoted to be done on Straight Time Hours.
