Emsnssmcv MEDICAL SERVICES FIRST RESPONDER ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT AGREEMENT (7/1/2O19) Services involving a patient who has been (or shall be) placed on a hold for psychiatric 5150 CALL evaluation, including transport to a psychiatric facility in accordance with the California Code of Regulations Welfare and Institutions Code, §5150 and EMS Policies. As defined pursuant to Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations, §1100.2. A vehicle specially constructed, modified or equipped, and used for the purpose of transporting sick, AMBULANCE injured, convalescent, infirm, or otherwise incapacitated persons, and compliant with state ACRECC Alameda County Regional Emergency Communications Center. Advanced Life Support — EMT -P Level of service, as defined in California Health and Safety AILS Code, Division 2.5, §1797.52. The moment the FRALS unit is fully stopped at the Incident Location and Field Personnel ARRIVAL AT INCIDENT notify the Dispatch Center of the arrival. As defined in California Health and Safety Code, Division 2.5, §1797.58. The Base Hospital BASE HOSPITAL for Alameda County is Alameda County Medical Center, Highland Campus.
