IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-127 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE AND <br />AUT14ORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT WITH LEE & RO, INC. FOR STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES <br />RELATED TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS MANAGEMENT FOR MEASURE <br />B/BB FUNDED STREET REHABILITATION WORK IN AN AMOUNT NOT -TO -EXCEED <br />MM <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and 1,ee and Ro, Inc., a copy of <br />which is attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said a0reernent. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San I,eandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by COLHICilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 15th day Of July 2019, by <br />the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilinembers Aguilar, Ballow, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, 1-,opez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />lcib��'igudl' City Cl lc <br />
