IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-128 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CSG CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR INSPECTION <br />SERVICES FOR THE ANNUAL STREET OVERLAY/REHABILITATION 2017-18, <br />PROJECT NO. 2018.0050 <br />WHEREAS, a consulting services agreement between the City of San Leandro and CSG <br />Consultants, Inc., a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein, was presented to this City <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof-, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of" the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. is hereby approved and execution by the City <br />Manager is hereby authorized subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 15th day Of July 2019, by <br />the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: COUncilt-nembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTI--,`1ST: <br />L�Kc ca`I.
