IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-140 <br />RESOLUTION TO REJECT ALL BIDS FOR THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS <br />IMPROVEMENTS 2017-18, PROJECT NO. 2018.5610 <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro did, on June 17, 2019 publicly open, examine and declare <br />all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in the bid documents for the subject project; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said proposals were Submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director for <br />comparison and recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering and Transportation Director recommends that the proposals for <br />said work be rejected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids for the Pedestrian Crossings <br />Improvements 2017-2018, Project No 2018.5610. <br />Introduced by COUnCilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 3rd day of September 2019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />i7ackp.
