LN THE, CITY COUNCIL OF,"-fTlE CITY Of'SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-145 <br />RESOLUTION TCD APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF <br />COMMERCE FOR 550,000 (ACCOUNT 010-14-010-8513) TO SUPPORT NEW AND <br />ONGOING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro Chamber of <br />Commerce, a copy of which is attached, was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Hernandez and passed and adopted this 3rd day of September <br />2019, by the following vote: <br />Members Of the COL1nCi I: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, I lernandez, Lee, [-,opez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: A/&v <br />Miguel City Clc�K <br />(0) <br />
