IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-151 <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT <br />NO. I TO THE EXISTING NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />ADOPT A HIGHWAY LITTER REMOVAL SERVICE OF AMERICA, INC. FOR LITTER <br />REMOVAL SERVICES ON THE CITY ADOPTED SECTION OF INTERSTATE 880 IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $31,152 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-2020 <br />WHEREAS, a draft amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Adopt a <br />Highway Litter Removal Service of America, Inc. was presented to this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City COLincil is familiar with the contents thereof", and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />1. That said amendment to agreement substantially in the form presented is hereby approved <br />and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />2. That the City Manager is authorized to make non -substantial revisions to said agreement, <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and <br />3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute Amendment No. I for a total contract price of <br />$31,152 for fiscal year 2019-2020; and <br />4. That an original executed amendment to the agreement shall be attached to and made apart of <br />this resolution. <br />Introduced by Councilmernber Ballew and passed and adopted this 3rd day of September 2019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilinernbers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez; Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />`L-Mcia 1).
