City of San Leandro <br />Meeting Date: October 7, 2019 <br />Resolution - Council <br />Agenda Section:File Number:19-470 CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Agenda Number: <br />TO:City Council <br />FROM:Jeff Kay <br />City Manager <br />BY:Keith Cooke <br />Engineering & Transportation Director <br />FINANCE REVIEW:Not Applicable <br />TITLE:RESOLUTION of the City of San Leandro City Council to Approve Parcel Map <br />10574 for 2101 and 2109 West Avenue 136th, Assessor’s Parcel Number <br />079A-0508-007; Owners, Subdividers and Applicants: Kingkeo Samreuang and <br />Samone Samreuang <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers, Kingkeo Samreuang and Samone Samreuang, submitted <br />Parcel Map 10574, a single-lot subdivision for condominium purposes, to the City Council for <br />approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers previously received approval from the Board of Zoning <br />Adjustments (BZA) on August 2, 2018, for a Conditional Use Permit, subject to Conditions of <br />Approval for PLN18-0030; and <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Enforcement Official extended the Conditional Use Permit <br />approval for one year on August 22, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for <br />the subdivision’s design and improvement, is consistent with the BZA’s earlier approval and with <br />the City’s 2035 General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said parcel map complies with the provisions of <br />San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-210 and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and <br />WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said parcel map is technically <br />correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Parcel Map 10574 is incorporated herein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />Page 1 City of San Leandro Printed on 10/2/2019 <br />158
