Sprinkler is recommended for the remodeled SFD. <br />B. The furthest Exterior point of the duplex shall not exceed 200 from the Fire <br />Department Access Route. <br />C. The Occupancy Classification of the new duplex in accordance with Chapter <br />3 of the 2016 California Building Code is R-3. <br />D. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms will be required for the existing <br />single family dwelling and the duplex in accordance with Section 907.2.11.2 <br />and Section 915 of the 2016 California Fire Code. <br />E.
