Upon submittal of the Parcel Map, please include the development Conditions, <br />Covenants and Restrictions (CC&Rs) or Shared Maintenance Agreement for <br />review by City staff. The Owner shall send the tenant of the existing residence to be converted to a <br />condominium a written notification within 10 days after the approval of a final <br />map for the proposed conversion. <br />F.
